To enhance the benefits from your selected service at Medes, we recommend that you arrive at least 10 minutes ahead of your appointed time, unless you are a first time guest. In that case, you should arrive 20 minutes early to fill a Health History Form which will allow us to deliver the most appropriate service for your needs.
By arriving early, you will get the chance to relax and enjoy our relaxation room and get into the proper mood for the service you are about to receive. Out of respect for the next appointment, a late arrival will limit the time of your service. Your treatment will end at the appointed time under your reservation.
Upon arrival you will be provided with a pair of slippers to maintain the quiet environment of our spa facility. Depending on the service, you will have the opportunity to get a wrap or robe which will allow you, should you wish, to go back to our Relaxation Room to further benefit from the spa environment.
In keeping with our spa atmosphere, we request that you turn off the sound on your cell phone or other electronic device.
CANCELLATIONS
Not showing up for an appointment means lost revenue for your service provider. We understand that occasionally circumstances will prevent you from showing up or being on time. We endeavor to confirm each appointment either by text messaging or telephone 1 days before the scheduled time. Should you, however, have a short-notice change of plans that prevents you from respecting your appointment, please ensure that you advise us as soon as possible or at least 24 hours ahead of your scheduled time. This will give us a chance to fill your appointed time with someone on our waiting list or last minute bookings.
